Do we have to make a reservation? Can you do walk ins?
Yes, please make a reservation. Unlike our escape rooms, doing walk in events is very difficult for us. You may not be able to play if you just walk in. Call us at 540-760-0035 and we can let you know if we can do a walk in game for you before you come in.
How much does it cost to play?
It is $32 per player to play, and there is a minimum player count of 4! Please do join other games that are already booked if you do not have the minimum of four. You can simply play with them or against them!
Is there an age limit?
No, but unlike Rush Hour's escape room, we charge for everyone that plays in our studio. We can tailor games for kids if you like, but it is up to you if you want to bring younger children to play with you. We would not recommend bringing children younger than 10 to play. They tend to get bored with the trivia-based games.
Will you mix us with other people?
Yes, our game bookings are "open" for other players to join you, but we do offer the option to make your time slot "private" for a fee. Feel free to join a booked game if you have a small group because it is much more fun to play against live opponents!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your game for a full refund up to 24 hours before your game begins. Inside of 24 hours, we will give you a gift certificate to play at a later date.
Do you have birthday party packages?
We do not have a dedicated birthday party package, but we are right next to 6 great restaurants where you can eat and celebrate after your game! What could be more fun than a birthday game show where you are the star?
